AZCY is a software engineering firm in Lagos and Abuja. We work on operations where information has to reach a decision on time and intact: rigs, banks, schools, service desks. Not the software that would be nice to have. The software that stops the day from going wrong.
These are not values on a wall. Each one changes what we do on a Tuesday.

The happy path is easy and it is not where anything fails. The duplicate submission, the approver on leave, the record that arrives out of order. That is the real specification, and finding it is most of the work.

A build that goes live in pieces can be stopped after any piece. A build that goes live once cannot be evaluated until it is too late to change.

Handover is not a phase at the end. Code, infrastructure, documentation and the training to operate it are part of the work, and we would rather lose the retainer than hold a client hostage to one.

It costs us less to decline in the first conversation than to take work we would do badly. If we are not the right people, that is what the reply will say, and it will say who might be.

Every assistant we ship is built on this rule, and it describes how we work too. A guess does not get presented as a finding.

Our position on AI
Three stages. You can stop after any of them, and the first one is designed so that stopping is a reasonable outcome.
Stage one
Ten working days inside your operation. Five written documents, yours on delivery whether or not you build with us. ₦3.5M fixed, credited against the build.
Stage two
One piece of the plan, built and put into production. Priced on its own so you can judge us on delivered software rather than a proposal.
Stage three
We hand over the code, the infrastructure and the documentation, and train your team to run it. Support afterwards is optional, not structural.
